I’ve been taking energy me for a while now and I can most certainly say it works it’s an out standing blend of compounds to really get you motivated and moving in the direction you most need it,
a boost of happiness drive and focus I lacked I have now got back

I've recently changed from the Mood ME to these, they worked really well for me so I'm hoping these will boost my limited energy.

I've been on M&E for a few years and they've really helped but I recently changed to Energy ME. I have Myalgic Encephalopathy and energy is almost non-existent. I've had far more energy this last two or three weeks so I'll be sticking with them

Been taking the tablets for a couple of weeks now and feel they are starting to lift my mood, also energy levels have gone up.

As a night worker I tend to be tired all the time. After a couple days I can actually see the difference. I can get on with my day without feeling like I wanna go back to bed.

Great no mid day slump

As you know I've been taking calm me & energy me for a couple of months now with great results. However I run out of my energy me for a week or so and was unable to put an order in untill payday. In this time I reverted back to how I was feeling before taking your products, and I felt so tired, no motivation and very moody, as I had that heaviness behind my eyes again.
Although I was still taking calm me and they were helping alot more than if I wasn't taking them, taking both together work so much better for me.
Because of suffering with insomnia and having alot of broken sleep, I was really missing that burst of energy I get from taking energy me. When I received my order a couple of days ago I started to become skeptical, because I was feeling low and tired. I was thinking are they really going to work like last time and get me out of this state that I'm in.
Seriously within an hour of taking 1 energy capsule I was feeling so much better. The heaviness and brain fog had gone and I was back to myself again. I was totally amazed yet again with your products and I can't thank you enough.
I've also started taking happy me and I feel there giving me a extra boost also, I'm up early in the morning and full of beans for the whole day :blush:.

after 2 days of taking energy ME, I got more energy and I was able to keep my concentration going for a longer period of time and do more physical activities. After this, my energy level stabilised. It is not very high, but I definitely don't feel tired. I also don't feel like drinking much coffee which is a bonus. Another benefit I noticed, is that I have more colourful dreams. For someone who has had depression and anxiety pretty much all my life I find these tablets amazing. I've taken antidepressants in the past and various medication which I stopped a number of years ago now.
I'm a very easy going lovable person (if I do say so myself :slightly_smiling:) but as my partner would testify I can be highly strung a lot of the times and get stressed about the slightest thing. I do have a history of taking alot of drugs in the past when I was in my teens and early twenties, which I know has had an effect on my metal health even now at the age of 43.
Since taking calm me I feel so much calmer about things and life in general. I don't have that brain fog and I can see things alot clearer now, and my anxiety has improved also. I can easily let things go and not let things get to me as much as before. My partner is amazed by how much more I'm chilled out, but not in a zombie like state like you can be with some anti depressants.
I also started taking energy me a week later when I realised how good the calm me was working. Within 2 days I was amazed again, as suddenly i had this burst of energy which I was so lacking, due to suffering with insomnia for a number of years.
I have to say that neither are helping with my sleep at the moment, and i still find it hard to shut off of a night time. But whereas before I would feel awful most days through lack of sleep, which would make my depression and anxiety worse, I now feel on top of the world because of calm me & energy me.

I couldn't imagine not taking these now, and i would love to know if you it's worth my while purchasing happy me, while I'm taking the other two supplements.

I'm usually a bit of a caffeine addict to keep me alert throughout the day but taking one of these in the morning with my breakfast has really helped me feel more awake throughout the day and avoid that afternoon slump. xx

I've ordered Energy Me to help me with post sepsis fatigue - I've only been taking them for 2-3 weeks but at the end of the day when I would usually be exhausted I've still got energy in the tank. Still early days but I'm really hopeful!
